Bookworm Fee Misery

The weather has affected  her sense of  time.  Overdue books with overwhelming fines. ALWAYS REMEMBER:  Make a memo when your books are due. Imagine paying for 20 items, 9 days late! Never again! The author has learned her lesson now.
